I'm wondering how to get into Kelp, does your pet have to be maraquan or is there a specific pet level???? anybody know??

I only had about 275np with me and it let me in right away I went at about 1:37NST.Both my pets are veg so the things I picked reflected that.I just checked the prices I diden't by anything but a Mixed Green Salad costs 13,400np, Octopi Souffle costs 12,500, and Funnydew Melon Delight costs 9,000np.I tryed to get Luxurious Vegetarian Star Pie as a main course but it woulden't let me get anything from that menu.After I canceled the food I took HeartsandHolly for a Rice Ball at 7/11 but shes angry with me for taking her to Kelp and not buying her anything.She says I'm cheap but I'm not I'm just lower middle class  ~PhoenixAlone

As to what Kelp is, it's a restaurant in Maraqua. You can go there and feed your pets really expensive food and if you get leftovers from the waitress, you get an avatar.
