I had times today and did try this out. I am surprised with all these. I even made one for GoPets. Thank you so much for the links and telling us these
I can't find any super nice images at first. So I just grabbed a Darren Hayes image and made my first one userbar with Photoshop.
Then I made an animated GoPets userbar with Photoshop + Photoshop Image Ready:
2 hours earlier I've tried to make animated userbar with actress Franka potente inside there. They do look awful though

User bars are great, but for those of us who adore blinkies, I have found a way to add tons of blinkies to Neopets' pages without the extra coding of having multiple images.
I call it a Super Blink, and it took three days to do. My Lookup
Since it's all one image, you get all the blink with none of the coding restrictions. Moreover, so long as you keep within Gif palette standards (255 colors), and stay within roughly 15 pixels tall, you can make high quality blinkies.
