You need to have 6 stars before you can submit, no more, and no less. (At least, that's what happened on the first two constellations.)
Click on the red (?) button on the upper-left side of the telescope viewing field, and you can connect, add, or erase stars. Good luck!

When connecting the dreamer constellation connect the line of 5 stars and then from the menu on your telescope chart select add a star and add the single star below the constellation. That should get the submit button to show up.

Yep, rachelannekuhl is right. I was having the same problem until I did that.

yup. same here. hey, you could make a star chart on excel. that's what i've been doing. it actually helps a lot because you can see the whole expanse of might sky. neomail me at shuxin_bubbles if you want to know how to make one.

Hmm. You just have to wait a while. It should submit, neoandpet. If not, then something is wrong, or maybe you skipped a step in the plot. Go back and make sure you've talked to teh archivist and the janitor and all those little steps that people sometimes forget.
