Using Firefox, I made an HTML page with links to all the levers and wheels. Then I randomly moved my cursor up and down the list, clicking the mouse wheel (middle mouse button if you have one) incessantly.

I think this should work: all wheels at + position, and just work on the levers. It work for me.

I just had to reply... i messed with this hting for about 3 hours altogether, then looked up the jellyneo guide, i got about as far reading it as it said to flood altador, so i was about to do that...
I go in, I start switching my switched to all on, I only get to the fourth one! I had solved the puzzle in the oddest way! I beat it in SETTING UP to solve it! xD
