The id numbers in the neoitems URL addresses for the neopets items do not match the id numbers that are on the neopets site.

Which ones are wrong? As far as I know most, if not all, of the ID numbers are actually correct. Are you sure you're looking at the right thing on Neopets?

Some of the earliest items may be correct, but many of the items that came later are not.
For example : An Electro Sword has a neopets ID number of 32194, but neoitems has the id number listed as 19621.

I just realized that the previous example may not have been the best example. It's a fairly new item to the neopets site.
Here's another : An Angelpuss has a neopets ID number of 7624, but neoitems has the ID number listed as 1181.

The ID shown here is not the same as the Neopets ID anymore lol - well spotted though

I hope that if neopets releases/uses an old ID number in the future (say id number 25,000) that it doesn't cause any problems for this site's lists by ID number. Neopets is currently at around ID number 32,700, and sometimes that site releases/uses an older ID number.

Those are my internal id numbers and bear no relation to the Neopets ID - it doesn't matter what they do.
