There really doesn't seem to be a theme, or any point to the guild. What's its purpose? What's it about? What kind of people are you trying to attract? Why should people join?
You should include information like this in the description and on the main page, or give a link to that sort of info on the main page.

I have to agree with mbif, there isn't really a theme, but i am sure once you fix it up a bit lots of people will join!
