Just wondering...is there any special conditions you need to get him (like refreshing at a certain time/having something in your inventry) cos Ive refreshed for SO long at the Virtupets space station...Ive been refreshing more than I normally have to to attatch petpetpets!! Just wanted to check - Im not missing anything am I?

No, nothing.
I also had a very rough time getting him, but then one day (after a long break), I dedicated some time to refreshing and finally got him as a challenger

It took me a little while to get him, too, but it wasn't as bad as trying to get Sabre-X. I still don't have him. Some people get him quickly and some don't.
