Messed up item description on Terror stone.
Neoitems says: Description: This charm is not for the faint hearted. When you wear it your enemy will be struck by fear and will not be able to attack. Limited Use. Only one healing item can be equipped to your pet!
The acutal description is: This charm is not for the faint hearted. When you wear it your enemy will be struck by fear and will not be able to attack. Fragile. Only one freezing item can be equipped to your pet!
Just switch "healing" with "freezing".

Terror Stone has been around for a very long time. My gut instinct says there was a typo in Neopets' description that they finally fixed. Regardless, it's now corrected in the database.

I thought I read somewhere that the NC Mall items were not to be listed in the database...
Grey Faerie Dress and Grey Faerie wings should be removed if that is the case.

They are items. They will be listed. We just haven't figured out how to deal with them yet.
Right now both the clothing you get from paint brushes and mall items are in "unobtainable." But they're not really unobtainable, just non-transferable. Then there are the added complications that paint brush clothing doesn't seem to have ID #s (nothing becomes active without them) and mall items expire in 3 months.
I doubt they'll ever be grouped in with the regular "active" items, but Webbie will figure out how she wants to deal with them when she gets a chance.
