I have no idea what this little creature's name is. Clearly they haven't left it at "dragonfly_petpetpet", because that didn't work when I searched for it. I tried "draikfly", "drakfly", etc., and none gave me any results, not even the "too rare" message. I guess it isn't activated, seeing as how it was just announced today. Obvious. 
EDIT: I searched 'dragonfly', and now I'm wishing there hadn't been a Ruki and a user named that, because my results would have been more meaningful.
As for the chocolate milk glasses, they basically came from a sponsor game.

It could be "dragonfly." They're running about a month behind on actually releasing anything from the News (except the clothes). They didn't release anything today but yesterday they did most of the painted petpets that were announced in July plus things from July 4 & 6.
If they don't forget about it completely (like they did with lots of jellies, omelettes and pizza slizes and over 50 items announced November-December 2006), it will probably become searchable around the end of August.

Cool, the four rigamarolls were released yesterday (finally).
Moved the clothing to Gifts. With r101 items, it's a gamble as you can't use the search bar to lead you to the correct shop. Sometimes the url tells you how to classify them. Sometimes not. So we guess.

you have it as an Exotic Food, i checked, and the type says it's just "Food"
and im not sure of this, but:
