Questions about Imperial Exam

I was playing the game "Imperial Exam" today and I noticed that there is paper written "meepit was here" sticked on the top of the entrance into the exam. Does anyone know what is it about and what shall I do with it?

I am not sure what is that mean too.
I tried to click on it and typed out the words but nothing happen.
