So far I found him in Mystery Island Haiku(were he gives you a fortune for the day (Mystery Island)
2. Mountain The middle mountain. I dont know the name.
Im in The haunted woods looking for it! but going off of the cups, theres one in meridell, shenku, space, and some others all have to look up!

Ok I dont get it... where is the 8th place to find snap the guide does not tell you where it is. You only get the nps if you collect all 8. So has anyone collected 8?

The guide does tell you the 8th location of Snap. =) He can be found at the Chocolate Factory.
