It seems like an item on TNT's to do list was to update our beloved Ultimate Bulseye.

The controls are the same. The animation between shots is longer, and they added a few new power ups. You actually get points for hitting punchbag bob's body instead of the apple, which ia a great change.
The new power ups are to shoot three arrows at once and a noving target, not just the bullseye. For the moving target, it is just harder. I don't think it doubled my score on that particular target.
I think it is much harder. I used to be able to get 2-3 bullseyes in one game and get a nice bit of neopoints after playing three times. Now I am all messed up 
HINT: It helps for me to shoot higher and harder than I think I would. I actually hit the target :P

My highest is 71... but that was pure luck. O_o
I think it's angled weirdly, which makes it harder to aim at the target. My friend and I were discussing it earlier today (and last night) and it's a lot harder, I agree.

it looks like they tried to make it all 3-D and perspective-y. if it were a painting in an art museum, it would be fine. but the messed up angle really throws me off. i'm up to 23 points or something :P

Yeah the 3D really throws you off when trying to judge your shot. Another thing is that if you manage to pop that Balloon that pops up, and hit the target anywhere (it MUST be on the target though, hitting the brown board doesn't count) you get a +25 point bonus as well as the points you get from hitting a certain spot (in other words, pop a balloon and get a Bullseye and you can get 35 points in one shot).

That is how I got a high score, and I also got another bullseye. I was really... surprised. O_o; Other than that, I sucked horribly at that game now! XD

Yeah, i'm assuming that's how the people in the High Scores Table managed to get their scores (unless they can consistently nail Bullseye's  ). I've only managed to make around 55, but ive had so many occasions where i've had 3-4 balloons pop up in one game.... I just haven't been able to hit them

Its so much difficult now as the board is found in the front rather than side by side so its really hard to judge how much power is needed for the shot...

Yeah, even the slightest change in power is enough to miss the Bullseye and get a +5... It's frustrating. I've managed to get 78 points as a High Score now, due to getting two balloons to hit

This one's really harder than the first.. I can't aim properly..
My highest is 63, and the only technique I found is not to aim at all except when there's a balloon.. I just adjust the power..

I just saw that the game ratio has increased from 10 to 30 and thats great. I almost got the avatar but just missed by a few points...

This seems to have become a game of chance rather than skill. I've tried aiming, I've tried shooting at random, and sadly, I don't see a difference in the scores I receive. And on some shots that do hit the bullseye, it tells me I only hit for +5 even though the hole left behind is clearly in the center. Then again, it occasionally gives me a bullseye for hitting the +5 ring.
EDIT: Well, I just went back and played again, and discovered that a new balloon was added as well (unless I have just never seen it before):
It gives 2x the bonus of the normal balloons. Another discovery is that if you save all your powerups until your last shot, it all gets wiped out if you are unfortunate to get Punchbag Bob as a target. I had three powerups selected for the last shot, Bob was put in and *poof*! all my powerups were GONE.

I usually use my powerups during game play. XD I upped my score yesterday from 71 to 78---I'm on my way towards that avatar! And I too discovered the Hagan balloon the other day and I was like, "Oooohhhh" and all. XD I love those balloons, since they really help out with the score. ^^

A friend in my guild suggested that you do not adjust the postition of the arrow and just use the strength of the shot to get points. After a little bit of practice using that technique, my scores have become higher. I got a score of 94. VERY close to the avatar. Bascally if you get the balloon and the target on the same shot, it should be realitively easy to get the avatar score. Getting a bullseye on the last shot lets you keep on shooting until you don't get a bullseye, just like with the original version.
I also noticed with punchbag bob, sometime when i try to press the arrow to quicken the animation, it just skips to the next target. I have to just wait while he is slowly pushed across the screen.

My highest score is 65. Always shoot King Hagan baloons they give you an insane amount of points

Awhile ago i managed to get the Avatar with a score of 110 (i think... it was just over the avatar score whatever that is), and like others have said, i've found the best way to play is to stay at the default angle and just adjust the power.
The new King Hagan balloon gives you +10 points for hitting it (regardless of whether you land on the board or not... i think) and another 30 points for hitting the target. So theoretically you could get 50 points for one shot if you managed to hit the Hagan balloon and get a Bullseye

When I played today, I got *both* balloons in one game play. O_o I got a screenie, too, of that one... sheesh, how many points would both of those bring *plus* hitting the target? O_O
I only play now for the points. XD *pets avvie* ^^;

i'm still working on the avatar. my highest score is 95. i was soooo the only way you can really get the avatar is to hit the balloons and the target

I just tried it out for the first time, and got a score of 98... I was very shocked.. and then very p***ed off that it was so close to the avatar and not quite good enough! I shall keep trying, now I'm got a little confidence!

I just got a score of 105.. I got the avvie..!
I got two hagan balloons and one red balloon.. its how I managed to score that high.. :D

Fudging hell.. I did it! *faints*
I hit the apple on punchbag bob, which gets ya 20 points and a power-up... got the double flame ring thingy... and a gold balloon! And I HIT THEM! 80 points! *dies* And then I got another bullseye!
I ended the game with 124 points!  This is one avvie I never thought I'd get!

Gosh darn they changed the Neopoint ratio...
I used to be able to get 1000NP by scoring 34 or higher... I just scored 44 and got only 285NP Well that sucks... Guess I won't be playing that game anymore!

My highest is 100something... Idk, but i got the avatar... I think pretty much you just have to hope for balloons and be able to think in 3D.
I actually do this one better than the first one, i don't know y. Everyone thinks the 1st one is easier it seems... I guess I'm the odd one out!
