What are the "TLB items"?

There seem to be 6 searchable items named "TLB item # (something)". What does "TLB" stand for?

The Last Blast, they were originally going to make items for that game on Neopets, like they did with Shenkuu River Rush, that didn't go over to well, so they were never created.
