Sniping is only profitable for premium users, shopwizzard is too slow compared to superwiz.
Restock is only for people with a fast connection/pc.
Reselling is for people with patience 
so just do watherver suits you best.
I made most of my np by buying stuff that will become rare, selling it after some years, sometimes for several millions.
Made myself a nice gallery with my np ( ayla2552)

I Wiz Snipe, and I'm not Premium. I make a lot of nps.
Go for Paint Brushes, Trans Potions, codestones, map pieces, bottled faeries, etc.
Premium users can't use the SSW for Secret Laboratory Map pieces, Paint Brushes (both neopet and petpet), and Transmogrification potions.

I know, but the SSW saves my butt when restocking my shop! so does this site! I sell buyable morphing potions!

Sniping is grabbing an item that someone else has put up at a very cheap price (cheaper than the going rate anyway) and then they sell it at the going rate and make a profit.

Restocking does not require a fast connection. Actually, a slower connection works best because of the madatory wait time inbetween buys. A fast connection has to refresh multiple times where a slower connection goes right into the next buy.
