How do u beat Meuka???
These are Bori's stats:
LVL/17
STR/31
DEF/25
MOV/25
HP/25
His abilities are:
Water Jet
Quench
Spark
Bubble Shield
Smoke Screen
Heal
Also do u recommend some poerful yet affordable weapons???
My budget is:1-30k
Preferably able to be used more than once

The faerie abilities that really matter the most are Burrow, Sink, and Drain Life. The best way to beat Meuka is have a high amount of hitpoints. As for weapons, obsidian daggers (6+ attack icons) or Scarab Rings (6 attack icons, 6 defense icons) are very cheap. I would also recommend a once per battle healing item such as a slime potion (10 hp) or Bronze Scorchstone (15 hp). "Downsize!" is useful at times. It blocks fifty percent of your opponent's damage (Once Per Battle). Even with these items, I don't believe that you would be ready to beat Meuka. You could use single use items against him such as Radioactive Muffins or Sticky Snowballs if you want.

Let's see, when I beat him, I had about 100 HP and about 30 or 40 Strength with only 6 icons weapons, so it can't be that hard. I used:
Scarab Ring
Purple Sticky Hand
Bone Sceptre
Blue Scorchstone
umm... I forgot the rest, but they weren't expensive if you don't count the scorchstone and get a healing scroll instead

My strength was only 23 and I beat him. The ability psychic blast REALLY helped.

I haven't beaten him yet either. My pet has 106hp and 46 strength, but low on everything else. (I zap him everyday). So far I had been using the obsidion dagger, poison tipped dagger, and stone club. Not working real well. Maybe you gotta be quick too?
