Usually when they end up doing something like this we assume it was a mistake and, for the most part they do end up fixing the older item. I'll leave the old Mint Chocolate Techo for now but I'll keep an eye on it, thanks.

Usul Princess Plushie is on the "Special" list, but in my inventory and shop, it lists it as a "Plushie." Found it when I was trying to catalog my newest item editions.

Apparently all 16 of the 'Lime Berry Altador Cup Smoothies' are now designated as 'Lime Berry Altador Cup Slushies'. Dunno why.

Smoothies and Slushies are two different item types, though they are both so similar it gets confusing.

That would be because there's a Slushie shop and a Smoothie shop. Neopets clued into the fact that Altador Cup drinks have the same appearances as the rest of the slushies, that they were in the category Slushie, but had been named Smoothie. Useless facts for items, that is my brain.
Anyway thanks to both of you guys, I'll get the database updated shortly.
