Okay, I've been experiencing this problem for 4 days now. Most of the pages on Neopets aren't working for me. They just won't open, when I click a link (for example - dailies, inventory, shop). I tried switching browsers, but it didn't help. On Mozilla it just gives a blank page, and in IE it gives the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error.
The only pages that DO work are:
-Games Arcade and flash games, plus I can still earn neopoints.
-Neopets login pages (un and pw), but when I click on entering my pass, it still spits me out. I CAN log on, though.
-Main welcome page
These are the one's I've encountered until now. Shops, inventory, neomail and pet central won't work.
The biggest problem is the Bug report and Contact us pages don't open either, nor do the boards, so I can't ask anywhere else. That's why I'm turning to you guys.
I've waited a good number of days, hoping it's a glitch and it would fix itself. But apparently, it didn't.
I really hope someone can help me, I would be most grateful!

I'm not experiencing any problems like that. I haven't heard of anyone else having them either, so I think it may be a problem with your computer rather than with neopets.

I had a friend who couldn't get on Neopets for the past week. He logged in, and was left hanging. He tried on other computers, in other places too. He finally got back on today.
Other people have logged in, then got logged out right away, several times in a row.
The site is glitchy for some people, at different times. Strange.

Hmmm....seems they are offline right now. I get the pteri and games while you wait page. Wonder if it has anything to do with the preparation of the pound? LOL!

I'm getting blank pages with only the top bar showing O_o I thought it was just my laptop not loading, but now i know its neopets ...

Seems they've actually acknowledged there was a problem - it was/is due to the Pound being re-opened.

cannot get on destruct-o-match III...it just flashes on the countdown screen briefly and then goes to a screen with blocks but nothing registers

oldycleghorn try refreshing the screen it may work. that is what i did.
