Hi Everyone,
Could someone please give me some ideas about how to get onto neopets.com everytime I try to get onto the website the page just does not open, I have tried going through my history and trying different neopets pages but no luck....
Any ideas greatly appreciated... or if someone could let neopets.com know (or if someone has an email address for them and I can let them know)

Okay guys..... its has been three days and still no neopets... is there anyone in Australia who is able to get onto the sight ...

Please do not reply to your own posts; this isn't the chat boards on Neopets. Someone will answer eventually, just be paitent.
I can't answer your question though, as I don't live in Austraila (assuming that's where you live), but I've not had a problem geting on the site. You could, as a suggestion, clear your cookies or cache files and see if that might help any.

I'm in Australia and there have been no problems for me. Have you tried a different computer (like maybe your local library's computers?) to see whether it is only your computer which has the problem?
Also try what Puffkins said and maybe try Neopets in a different internet browser (like Firefox or Netscape or something).

I'm not in Australia but the last time I was having trouble accessing Neopets, it was because I was getting really low speeds from my internet provider. It didn't seem to effect my access of a lot of other sites but made playing Neo impossible.

I'm in Oz :P no problemos.. I wonder what is going on... sometimes the site messes up for a few minutes, but it's never been long for meh. Good luck, not a computer expert heh..
