Heres my opion :
I think the cybunny looks much cuter. The old one looks grumpier. I wasnt to keen on it at first,but its growing on me. 
I think the new uni is cute,but the circle pose looks.....i dont know. It looks ..... sort of...weird. Mind you,the happier pose is much,much cuter and happy looking.
I think the new grundo is just adorable,but it looks to happy. As if its up to something. I suppose,sloth isnt its owner anymore though.....
The new baby mynci is so.....YUCK! This is the only makeover i dont like. Its too female. Its face looks like its mediatating. The nimmos taken that job,sorry!
