go to 'my home

then go to the bottom of the page and go to 'edit personal infromation'

then close to the bottom of the page once more, put in the url where it says 'URL to your picture (80x80 max pixels, may be smaller) (.gif, .jpg, .png accepted)' its the last text area on the page
