People on neoboards are always trying non-stop to find new clues and solve the puzzles.
The people from the help sites just happen to check the neoboards all the time and as soon as someone find something new they update their sites.
It's not the site who solves everything, it's the work of many people who keep trying everything 24/7 to solve the plots.
