I'm not sure who did it. I do think Bonju might have been lying about seeing Hoban the third time. The reason I think that is because the first time he saw Hoban was when Hoban was talking to Kentari about Linae calling him a bad omen. So, he could have overheard that conversation, and repeated it in his part of the story. I'm sure he's lying about something, but I don't know if Bonju did it. I wonder about the time too. Lots of people are thinking it was towards the end of the storm. It seems to me that if you'd want to push someone off, you'd do it while the storm is strong, not when it's slowing down. Less likely to be noticed. Just a couple of thoughts.
