http://www.neopets.com/petpetlab.phtml That is where it is. Like the Lab Ray, there is no easy way to get there, you have to either play the treasure hunting game, and follow the links from there, or do what everyone else does and bookmark the page for easy acess.
A reminder that you need all 9 pieces of the map to have acess to the petpet lab, if not you'll get an error saying you don't have acess to the page. I actually need a screenshot of that error, if anyone is insanely bored, could you please take a screenshot of what happens for me? Don't bother if you are not bored, because I can easily do this myself, on my next saturday arvo.
