Back on topic I'd say something like 4 weeks.
from this round the 16 will be cut down to 8 for next week. Then the 8 to 4 over that week. Then the 4 to the finalists and the semis and thena week of the finals. Unless they decide to get everyone to play each team cause then it'll be 5 weeks.

Didn't they have individual TNT employees playing each other last year? And you had to pick who you thought would win?

By that I mean it takes them forever to get around to finishing these things. I don't recall how quickly results and prizes were awarded last year, but I don't suppose it was very fast.
