No third hand and I hate having the click-tap turned on.
I use one hand to move and shoot using the trackpad and the other one sits over the shift key to move the players back into position if they lose the ball. That's it. Although my trackpad is set fairly fast so that might help.

And I play 3 attack, 1 defence and have only managed to get the Darigan ball in once. Otherwise it seems to shoot off in the opposite direction to what I want.
