You need to go to the Esophagor and complete two quests for him. For each quest he will tell you part of the Brain Tree's answer. (Where and when). WRITE it down!!! It's very important that you get it exactly as he tells you. (I will usually just copy and paste it into a doc)
I really don't suggest you complete this quest if it's going to cost more than 1000-2000 NP per quest.
Hint: start an Esophagor quest before you accept the Brain Tree quest and see what he requests... too expensive? don't start a BT quest. within your price range? accept the BT quest and then complete the Esophagor quest.
