To get back to that page without knowing the URL, click on "My Home" in the links up at the top (it's next to 'Entrance' and before 'Main Index'), and you'll find a nifty page that is your member control panel, of sorts.
On the My Home page under Main Configuration, the first link labeled Personal information, email, password, etc. allows you to edit your information and avatar
