I also ran into Vira for what I think was the fourth or fifth time. They can't just give me an opponent that don't already have. They have to tease me. It couldn't be the Shadow Usul, the Black Pteri, or the Tax Beast. It has to be Vira.

I found a piece of the Petpet Laboratory Map!!
It couldn't be the Shadow Usul, the Black Pteri, or the Tax Beast. It has to be Vira.
