I have no idea how long you have to claim it; my Neofriend told me about it. But if you go to the NC Mall there is (or was 10 minutes ago) a link to get 150 free NC! If you don't hate the NC Mall, you might slip over and see if you can claim it.
(It's enough to buy a spiffy pair of Mechanical Wings, BTW. ;) )
