The news says the pound is coming back, and yes you WILL be able to do true pet transfers (limited to one/month). Pounded pets lose their clothes (even paintbrush clothes), but transfered pets keep their clothes except for NC Mall clothes, I believe.
Anyone else excited? I finally get to give that Koi over to my friend (I don't like Koi but she does :/ ). And I'll get a pet of hers that I love! Hooray!
I suppose if/when my former Island Acara turns into a cool colour, I'll have to shuffle pets, though.
It also means that I'm not going to zap pets so they can get adopted by others anymore, since the clothes won't go to the Pound and you can only do one transfer/month (plus it's a pain to find an owner, heh). But that means I'll get to start my wicked plan of adopting Acaras, zapping for clothes, and then sending them back to the pound when they change species. )
