The world's easiest Neopoints. It takes about half an hour to get yourself completely set up. After that you'll be able to earn the 3,000 NP in about 10 minutes a day.
Pick a category -- I chose All About Neopia
Find the answers to all the questions in that category. You can do it by trial and error or you can look up a few.
You'll run out of time and either have to bribe the guard or restart the game a few times but there are only 22 questions in the category (I assume the other two have a similar # of questions.)
Write down the basics of the questions with the answers. I use a spreadsheet with the questions in column A and the answers in column B. The reason for just putting down the basics of the question (i.e. Poogle 4's odds) is because if that column is fairly narrow you can play the game with the questions and answers showing on the left side of your screen while the pop-up for the game will be on the right. You won't need to do that for long. With only 22 questions, you'll have them memorized in a few days.
This month you need 137 points for 1,000 NP. You get extra points for speed so if you end the game after 9 or 10 questions you'll have enough.
ETA: Some months, it's not worth playing. Last month, for example, the point ratio was so low that you earned less than 500 NP for answering all 12 questions.
